Forming Highlights

・The cup and boss-area thickening is performed in 1 stage from a blank.
・The tooth profile and spline are also each formed in 1 press stage.
・Post Press-Forming Processes: Machining (2 times), heat treatment, horizontal hole piercing, cleaning)
・The above post-forming horizontal holes are φ3 and φ15 and are done using a press.
・Succeeded in making a unibody part instead of welding 2 parts together.
