AiCARE is used to collect press "sensing data." This enables users to proactively prevent line stoppages, to clearly understand and remedy the causes of stoppages, and to boost their utilization rates.
Early signs of abnormalities are detected based on temperature, pressure, flow rate, vibration, and noise data. Line stoppages can be prevented before they can occur.
The ranking of stoppage factors also helps to set priorities when planning and starting improvement initiatives.
AiCARE is used to collect 'big data' about press forming loads. This data is displayed on a user-friendly 3D graph, enabling many types of analyses relating to the quality of formed panels and die maintenance.
3D graph analyses not only enable traceability of panels, the standard load waveforms derived from the load data can also be utilized to determine whether parts are good or not.
AiCARE is used to comprehensively manage press information.
It enables the timely viewing of necessary information.
Not only will you be notified when specific parts have reached the end of their service life, you will also be notified of the "wear-out failure period" of parts based on your actual utilization conditions.
